Jessica has been working as a nurse for over 10 years. Her experience ranges from Medical Assistant to LVN Field Nurse. Her education began over a decade ago at the Concorde Career College – Garden Grove, where she earned a vocational in Medical Assistant and Licenced Vocational Nurse. After her education, she began working as a Student Nurse at Gardenia Hospital and Huntington Beach Hospital. As an LVN Nurse, she was allowed to work one on one with pediatric patients.
Her time as an LVN also provided her with the experience to work in various, constantly changing situations. She has wound care, skilled observation and assessment of all body systems, DM care and proper teaching, and medication management. As an employee and house supervisor of Pillars Recovery, she adapted to working in a fast paced environment, gaining the experience of a house supervisor. She has worked very closely with teams of professionals, including clinicians, case managers, program directors, medical directors, and clinical directors.
