Deb’s efforts over the last 35+ years has been a dedicated mission in behavioral health, eating disorder and addiction treatment.

Kathleen Murphy’s career is built on more than 30 years of experience working with people suffering from substance abuse issues complicated by relational trauma. Her vast clinical wisdom stands far-and-away apart from the rest as she leads the clinical team at Experience Recovery.

Steve Karp serves Experience Recovery’s as Chief Medical Officer, treating clients who struggle with eating disorders, substance use, and mental health issues.

Candace Bruce has extensive C-level leadership experience in behavioral healthcare. With 30 years of treatment experience in addiction, eating disorder and other co-occurring disorders, Candace is also a counselor, interventionist, life coach and active member of the EMCC.

Paul Rzyski is a certified counselor and has experience having served clients in treatment over the past 7 years. Paul has a unique ability to help clients access the best part of themselves.

Anthony is a patient-focused nurse with 10 years of experience providing therapeutic care to patients with mental, behavioral, and polysubstance disorders.

Kara is always willing to go the extra mile for her clients and team. Her career in the healthcare field started with becoming a pharmacy aide at Stanton Pharmacy.

Juan is a motivated individual, who for the past 10 years, has enjoyed working with adults and families in various roles. At Experience Recovery, Juan has provided case management and facilitated resources for those in need.
